Citywide Quality of Life Funding Project

The City of Suisun City is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to evaluate the feasibility of establishing a new Citywide Tax Revenue District to consolidate or supplement its existing funding structures . The chosen consultant will handle data collection, cost analysis, and public opinion polling to deliver a comprehensive Feasibility Report during Phase 1. If authorized by the City Council, Phase 2 will involve the formation and implementation of the chosen revenue mechanism on the Solano County tax roll in compliance with Proposition 218. Sealed proposals must be submitted electronically through OpenGov.com by September 29, 2026, at 5:00 PM PST .
