The City of Los Angeles Harbor Department invites the submittal of proposals from qualified child care center operators to provide child care services in the Liberty Hill Plaza Building located at 100 West 5th Street San Pedro, CA 90731. These services shall commence after a contract is approved by the Board of Harbor Commissioners.
