CD8 Nations Plaza Strategic Planning & Development

The City of Los Angeles, Council District 8 is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide strategic planning for Phase I of Nations Plaza to assess feasibility, operational needs, funding strategies, and implementation plans for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The consultant is responsible for creating core planning documents covering event vision, operational framework, financial strategy, and an implementation roadmap to guide City delivery of the activation.
