CALST / Systemwide Gift Cards

The CSU seeks proposals from qualified vendors of Gift Cards. This solicitation may be used by CSU campuses and authorized locations. The supplier shall: 1. Provide access to a broad catalog of physical and digital gift cards across multiple merchant categories, including retail, grocery, restaurants, fuel, entertainment, travel, and general-purpose prepaid cards. 2. Maintain relationships with major national brands and identify newly available merchants throughout the contract term. 3. Accommodate one-time, recurring, and scheduled orders. 4. Process both small and high-volume bulk orders. 5. Provide shipment tracking information for all applicable orders. 6. Provide expedited and rush order capabilities when requested. 7. Maintain procedures to prevent fraud, theft, unauthorized activation, and misuse. 8. Protect confidential customer and ordering information through appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. 9. Offer real-time or near real-time order status tracking. 10. Provide customer support during normal business hours (9am ¿ 5pm PT). 11. Provide detailed invoices identifying merchant, denomination, quantity, discounts, fees (if applicable), shipping charges, and total order value.
