You are invited to review and respond to an Invitation for Bid (IFB) entitled Huntington State Beach Portable Toilet Rental, located at Huntington State Beach, California State Parks, Orange Coast District. The Solicitation Number is C26925010. Please include in the subject line: C26925010- "Your Company Name" Bid The 6% DVBE Participation Requirement for this solicitation is Waived. Contractor agrees to furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to perform all work required to furnish, deliver, set-up, pump, service, maintain and removal of portable standard and ADA (American with Disabilities Act) chemical toilet units with approved containment pans, and hand wash stations. The Requested Service will be for ADA Portable Toilets, Standard Regular Toilets and basin sinks to be placed at Huntington State Beach from May 22 through October 15 each contract year for three years. Portable toilets shall be removed from the site during the off-season. All portable toilets and hand wash stations shall be delivered, set-up and serviced as determined by State Representative and will be serviced daily Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for the period of the contract. Servicing of all portable toilets and hand wash stations shall occur between the hours of 06:00 am and 08:00 am each service day.
