Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to pick up refuse waste and dispose of it completely from designated areas of Columbia and Railtown 1897 State Historic Parks in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore and such addenda thereto may be issued prior to bid opening date. JOB WALK is not mandatory.
