Broker-Dealer Application (BDA) 2026

The County of Orange (County) periodically evaluates and establishes a slate of Broker-Dealers authorized to provide investment-related services to the County. Through this application process, the County will evaluate Broker-Dealers (BDs) submitting applications for potential inclusion on the County’s “Approved Broker-Dealers List.” All applicants will be evaluated based upon the County’s requirements and other relevant factors; prior inclusion on the County’s “Approved Broker-Dealers List” does not confer preference or guarantee continued inclusion.
