The project is located along 2.8 miles of streets along Manchester Avenue (Vermont Avenue to South Broadway) and on South Broadway (Manchester Avenue to Imperial Highway) in South LA, Council District 8. This project will transform west Manchester Avenue and South Broadway into corridors of open space that are safer, more mobile, and sustainable.
