Athletic Meals and Catering Services

California State University, Sacramento is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced food service providers to deliver athletic meals and catering services for Sacramento State student-athletes, coaches, staff, and prospective student-athletes participating in recruitment activities. The selected Contractor shall provide high-quality, nutritious, and performance-focused meal services that support the health, wellness, training, recovery, and overall success of student-athletes. Services may include, but are not limited to, team meals, catered events, recruiting meals, boxed meals, travel meals, post-game recovery meals, and other food service requirements as requested by the University. The University seeks a responsive and flexible partner capable of accommodating dynamic team schedules, competition and travel demands, training requirements, dietary restrictions, nutritional preferences, and special events. The selected Contractor must demonstrate the ability to consistently provide exceptional service, quality food offerings, and reliable support for the Athletics Department's diverse operational needs.
