As-Needed Agreements for Airport-Wide Electrical Repair and Construction Services

The San Francisco International Airport (Airport) is seeking qualifications packages from qualified firms, teams, joint ventures, or other qualified business entities for as-needed construction services. The Airport anticipates awarding up to three As-Needed Agreements for Airport-Wide Electrical Repair and Construction Services (Contract No. 12161.51 through Contract No. 12161.53), each in a not-to-exceed amount of $6,000,000 with a duration of five years. The contracts will encompass the assessment, testing, repair, and construction of different electrical systems in various facilities, ensuring operability, safety, and functionality. Work may include, but is not limited to, the following: Medium Voltage Systems Low Voltage Systems 400 Hertz Systems Fire Alarm Systems Landside Traffic Control Systems Security Systems Emergency Systems Telecommunications Systems Energized Work
