Architectural Design Services for the Rancho Cordova Community and Cultural Center

The City of Rancho Cordova, Department Name Department is soliciting request for proposals for Basic Project Description The City is advancing an adaptive reuse project that will transform an existing two-building office campus into a community destination supporting arts and culture, community gathering, education, technology and innovation, nonprofit collaboration, and other public-serving uses. Preliminary planning and feasibility work has established the City's overall vision, potential program, existing building conditions, and initial test fits. The City is now seeking a multidisciplinary design team to advance this work through schematic design. The selected consultant will work closely with City staff, existing project consultants, technical experts, community stakeholders, and potential programming and operating partners to validate the program and develop a coordinated, feasible, and cost-informed schematic design.
