Architect-Engineer Services for Contract Administration-Project Management Support Services

The Orange County Sheriff-Coroner Department (OCSD) Research & Development/Facilities Planning is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs or Statements) from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Respondents”), to develop a slate of contractors to provide Architect/Engineer (A/E) Services for Contract Administration-Project Management (CA-PM) Support Services for various projects. The awarded contract(s) (hereinafter referred to as “Contract”) will be a usage contract between the County of Orange (hereinafter referred to as “County”), and the selected Respondent(s) (hereinafter referred to as “Contractors”). A detailed Scope of Work concerning the County’s requirements is provided herein as Attachment A. Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements set forth herein. This Request for Proposals is set out in the following format: SECTION I. Introduction and Instructions to Respondents SECTION II. Statement Response Requirements SECTION III. Model Contract with Attachments and Exhibits Statements Must Be Received Prior to 2:00 P.M. PDT On October 23, 2026. All Questions/Requests for Interpretation Are Due By: October 9, 2026, 3:30 P.M. Pacific Daylight Time.
