The Zone 7 Water Agency (hereinafter referred to as "Zone 7" or the "Agency") is seeking proposals from qualified firms to enter into a multi-year agreement for the preparation of Assembly Bill (AB) 1600 Annual Development Impact Fee Reports for Fiscal Years 2025-26, 2026-27, 2027-28, and a combined Annual and Five-Year Report for 2028-29.
