Alpha & Bravo Boilers Maintenance RFQ 26-20043-000

The Department of State Hospitals - Metropolitan is currently seeking quotes from certified Small Business contractors to perform the following services: Contractor shall supply all necessary personnel, labor (prevailing wage), tools, supplies, materials, equipment, insurance, incidentals and properly equipped vehicles to provide DSH ¿ Metropolitan with planned or corrective maintenance repairs on the Alpha and Bravo Boilers to maintain regulatory compliance as required by South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). DSH Boilers to be serviced by the Contractor: i. Alpha Boiler (Cleaver Brooks, Model: CBEX-E-700-500-250ST; Serial #: T7508-3-1) ii.
