Description
The Department of State Hospitals - Metropolitan is currently seeking quotes from certified Small Business contractors to perform the following services: Contractor shall supply all necessary personnel, labor (prevailing wage), tools, supplies, materials, equipment, insurance, incidentals and properly equipped vehicles to provide DSH ¿ Metropolitan with planned or corrective maintenance repairs on the Alpha and Bravo Boilers to maintain regulatory compliance as required by South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). DSH Boilers to be serviced by the Contractor: i. Alpha Boiler (Cleaver Brooks, Model: CBEX-E-700-500-250ST; Serial #: T7508-3-1) ii. Bravo Boiler (Cleaver Brooks, Model: CBEX-2W-200-500-150ST; Serial #: T10678-1-1) Please note, only participation from California state-certified Small Businesses will be considered for this solicitation. 06/25/26: Please see the event bid attachments for Version-2 of the RFQ & Exhibits, Addendum-1, and DSH's Response to Questions (Q&A-1)
