Description
It is the intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions to describe specific requirements, features, quantities, quality standards, and any other relevant information that potential Bidders may reference for the proposed hospital-based intervention services that are being requested by the County. The County intends to award one (1) contract to the Bidder selected as the most responsive and responsible Bidder whose response conforms to the RFP and meets the County’s requirements. Given the vital importance and the demonstrable need for community gun violence reduction in Alameda County, this RFP seeks a Bidder to address violence intervention needs for county residents. Submissions that provide evidence of demonstrated need for the impacted community population, center best practices or evidence-informed practices, and promote culturally relevant community-led interventions, programming, or services are desired.
