PROJECT NAME: AIRPORT SITE PLAN CONSULTANT The Southern California Logistics Airport (“Airport”) operates as an industrial airport where various aeronautical and non-aeronautical businesses operate, which has generated business development and job creation for the High Desert region. As the Airport continues to develop, there are various aeronautical and non-aeronautical properties the Airport seeks to market for aeronautical and non-aeronautical use and development. With the generation of site plans, building and property rendering will also be requested as the Airport has identified existing buildings for future renovations. The selected consulting firm shall provide professional planning and related services necessary to produce accurate, compliant, and detailed site plans to support airport development. A comprehensive site plan for the entire Airport is not intended as part of this project. This project will focus on the generation of conceptual site plans for specific properties as requested by Airport staff.
