ABC/OTS Alcohol Law Enforcement Grant 2026

Purpose: The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) will expand its efforts to achieve the ongoing goal of reducing youth access to alcohol by combining enforcement with training and educational programs. Enforcement training grants will be awarded by ABC to local law enforcement agencies. The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) will expand its efforts to achieve the ongoing goal of reducing youth access to alcohol by combining enforcement with training and educational programs. Enforcement training grants will be awarded by ABC to local law enforcement agencies for conducting Minor Decoy operations, Shoulder Tap operations, IMPACT inspections, Holiday Enforcement, and a vast variety of enforcement programs. ABC will continue offering free on-site and online Licensee Education on Alcohol and Drugs (LEAD) trainings. Eligible Applicants: This a reimbursement grant for salaries of peace officer personnel of Local and state law enforcement agencies to conduct alcohol related law enforcement. The grant recipient agencies must employ sworn peace officer personnel to qualify for this grant. Eligible Geographies: CA state wide
