6640--KapSafe Recapper and Seal Crimper

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, will be issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide KapSafe Recapper and Seal Crimper (Part Number 3101 1102). The Contractor shall provide KapSafe Recapper and Seal Crimper to the VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS). The Contractor shall provide products and services in accordance with the regulations and requirements of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). It is NCO 21 s intention to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for VANCHCS. Please refer to the solicitation for a complete summary of the items requested and any additional procurement details. A Request for Quotation using the following NAICS is contemplated: 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. THIS RFQ SHALL BE A TOTAL SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. Solicitation documents will be available on or about Thursday, August 27, 2026. The solicitation will contain Quotation instructions. The Government intends to award one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price Contract. All qualified and responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.
