5-Year Fire Sprinkler Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance (ITM) and Corrective Repairs

The Bay Area Air Quality Management District (Air District) is seeking a qualified fire protection contractor to perform inspection, testing, maintenance, and corrective services on the fire sprinkler system at its facility located at 4114 Lakeside Drive in Richmond, California. The work includes completion of a 5-Year Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance (ITM), correction of a suspected impaired sprinkler control valve condition, and removal of obstructions affecting sprinkler head clearance at the facility. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable codes and standards, including but not limited to National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 13 and NFPA 25, California Fire Code, and all applicable local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements.
