Addendum 2: The purpose of this Addendum is to revise the key action dates in the IFB. All other IFB requirements apply. Addendum 1: The purpose of this Addendum is to provide responses to bidder questions and to revise the Scope of Work by strikingthrough Section 9. C, which restricted the use of subcontractors. All other IFB requirements apply. The Contractor shall provide services, as specified, to California Department of Veterans Affairs (CalVet) at the Yountville Veterans Home (Home), located at 190 California Drive, Yountville CA 94599. Services shall include the provision of wheelchair-accessible buses, qualified drivers, dispatch coordination, and all labor, supervision, fuel, insurance, permits, licenses, maintenance, equipment, and other resources necessary to perform services under this Agreement. All transportation services shall comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.
