Description
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, staff, transportation, licenses, permits, and every other item of expense necessary, unless otherwise stated, to provide a Legionella Water Management Plan, testing, and remediation services. Services shall be provided for the Home, upon request and in compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
