26-111 Addendum #1 8/4/2026 26-111 After-hours Janitorial Services at the Palm Springs DMV Field Office Term: thirty-six (36) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract). See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Please note that a MANDATORY pre-bid conference/walkthrough is scheduled. Attendance is required. Bid packages submitted without proof of attendance will be disregarded. Please see Schedule of Events and solicitation for more information. Current Contractor: Quality Cleaning Professionals, LLC Current Contract Term: 5/4/2026 to 10/31/2026 (Emergency Contract) Current Contract Total Cost: $36,650.00 Current Contract Cost Breakdown: Daily Cost: $350.00 5/4/2026 - 5/31/2026 (19 days) Monthly Cost: $6,000.00 6/1/2026 - 10/31/2026 (5 months) Bidder Qualifications: Bidder must be certified by the State of California, Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Enterprise Services (OSDS), as a Certified Small Business. Only current and valid Small Businesses will be considered for this project. Bidder shall be required to comply with the Property Service Workers Protection Act (Labor Code Sections 1420 - 1434) and shall provide the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) registration number with the bid (see Attachment 1). Registration shall be effective on the day of the bid opening, or the bidder may be deemed non-responsive.
