¿ Parking Lot Repairs, Removal and Replacement of Asphalt, and Stripping Services at the Long Beach DMV Field Office

The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform parking lot repairs, removal and replacement of asphalt, and stripping services at the Long Beach DMV field office for the term of this Agreement. The Contractor is responsible for field verifying all dimensions and existing site conditions pertinent to this Agreement. The anticipated term for this contract is sixty (60) calendar days within a term of 11/1/2026 to 10/31/2027. Mandatory pre-bid conference at 9/2/2026 at 11:00 a.m. Questions are due 9/7/2026 at 5:00 p.m. Answers will be posted 9/11/2026 by 5:00 p.m. Bids are due 9/18/2026 and must be emailed.
