2026 GSD Escrow & Title Services RFP

GSD Real Estate Services Division is seeking to contract with a Title Services Agency who will provide fast and accurate title searching services e.g. abstracts, title reports, name searches, date downs, foreclosure reports. Agency will also verify and certify ownership of property. Escrow Officer is an independent third party between the buyer and seller that manages the escrow process in real estate transactions, ensuring all funds, documents, and conditions are handled accurately, legally, and neutrally.
