2026 CDBG Asbestos Abatement and Demolition Project

PROJECT NAME: CDBG Asbestos Abatement and Demolition Project The City of Victorville is soliciting formal bids from qualified contractors to perform asbestos abatement, demolition, debris removal, disposal, and site clearance at four properties located within the City of Victorville. The work will include all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, regulatory compliance, and incidental services necessary to complete the asbestos abatement and demolition in accordance with the project specifications, asbestos survey reports, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements. The project is funded through the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The selected contractor will be required to comply with all applicable public works, prevailing wage, DIR registration, asbestos abatement, licensing, environmental, and CDBG requirements.
