2024-25 Minor's Counsel (MC) Program

Purpose: The purpose of the Program is to support courts by appointing a minor’s counsel in child custody cases involving child abuse, neglect, or exploitation. Eligible Applicants: Applicants must be a California Superior Court with a Family Court Services Program that has no more than four judges.
