Description
Purpose: The purpose of the FD Program is to prevent intimate partner violence, including teen dating violence, prioritize underserved populations within communities, and build the capacity of local organizations to do this work. Eligible Applicants: To be eligible for funding, Applicants must be a non-governmental organization operating in California. Additional eligibility requirements are outlined on page two of this RFP. Eligible Geographies: California Matching Funding: Services*Training*Officers*Prosecutors (STOP) Violence Against Women Formula Grant Program • Requires a cash or in-kind match equal to 25 percent of the total project cost. Tribes and victim service providers are exempt. The Family Violence Prevention and Services/Domestic Violence Shelter and Supportive Services Grant (FVPS) • This program requires a cash and/or in-kind match equal to 20 percent of the total project cost.
