C--ND LAMBS LAKE NWR AE DESIGN DAM

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) has a project at the Lambs Lake National Wildlife Refuge requiring Architect-Engineer (A-E) Services. The project involves an existing inventory dam where the FWS would like to investigate if the existing dam is operating within its Easement Deed rights and if the existing dam is changing the hydrologic or hydraulics off-refuge.
