C.J. Brown Dam and Reservoir Elevator Modernization

The elevator at C.J. Brown Dam and Reservoir is original to the project and requires modernization due to obsolete components. The contractor will provide all tools, materials, equipment, and labor to remove and replace the control tower elevators electrical and mechanical components with modern, non-proprietary parts serviceable by any independent elevator company. All new components must be compatible with the existing cab, rails, and utilities.
