THIS SOLICITATION IS SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. 1. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has a new construction requirement in support of the U.S. Army Garrison Fort Devens. This projected is located at 601 Queenstown Street, Fort Devens, MA - Building 601 MP Parking Lot Repaving. 2. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code for this project is 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, with a size standard of $45,000,000.00. 3. Period of Performance: all work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to questions asked by industry and extend the closing date, the time of closing remains unchanged.
