Borough of Etna, Pennsylvania, Local Protection Project (LPP) PL84-99 Rehabilitation

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Pittsburgh District, has a project that involves the rehabilitation of the Etna Federal Local Protection Project along West Little Pine Creek in the Borough of Etna and Shaler Township between station 24+00 and 26+90, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. The original channel and embankment sustained severe erosion and structural damage during storm events in April 2024. The work is to be completed within 120 calendar days after written Notice to Proceed (NTP). The Anticipated Construction Cost is between $200,000.00 and $450,000.00. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The Small Business Size Standard is $45,000,000.00. Any resultant award will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order. The anticipated award date is 13 November 2026. The basis of award will be of best value to the Government. Basis of Award is best value to the Government. Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with (IAW) RFO 12.203(a), price and past performance. The Government reserves the right to reject any quotes that are unrealistically low or exceed available funds for this requirement.
