Blanket Purchase Agreements for Lodging and Related Services throughout Puerto Rico

AMENDMENT 0002: This Amendment updates instructions to Section L (Instructions to Quoter) and Section M (Evaluation of Quotes). NOTE: DIRECT LODGING PROVIDERS ONLY: This solicitation is open exclusively to Principals, defined as hotel owners, operators, brand parent corporations, or direct hotel management companies with active day-to-day operational control over the proposed physical lodging facility. Submissions from third-party booking agents, travel agencies, brokers, aggregators, or event housing intermediaries will not be accepted or evaluated. To be considered for award, the Offeror must submit verifiable proof that they are the direct operator of the proposed property (e.g., property deed, franchise agreement, or hotel management contract). AMENDMENT 0001: This Amendment extends the proposal from 20 August 2026 to 27 August 2026.The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Buchanan is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for issuance of multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Hotel Lodging, Buffet Meals, Conference Rooms, Conference Rooms related equipment and Parking throughout Puerto Rico. Each BPA ordering period begins 11 September 2026 through 10 September 2031. This acquisition is issued as Unrestricted restricted to Hotels in Puerto Rico only. No third parties will be honored. Large and Small Business Hotels in Puerto Rico are able to participate. Certified Vendors under NAICS 721110 with a Size Standard of $40,000,000 Million.
