Blackhawk Park Comfort Station

The objective of this solicitation is to procure and install a prefabricated, precast concrete family style restroom/shower building, that is ADA accessible. The contractor shall supply all equipment, labor and materials required to install a new Huffcutt Aspen model or equal prefabricated, (4) room unisex, ADA accessible restroom and shower building with a minimum 10,000-gallon capacity septic holding tank in the Corps of Engineers Blackhawk Park Upper Campground. The building will have (2) restrooms without showers and (2) restroom units with showers. Additional work needed for the completion of this project also includes the connection to nearby electrical and water service, as well as construction of an ADA accessible sidewalk. Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. An organized site visit has been scheduled for: Tuesday, 18 August 2026 at 12:30 PM Central Time.
