This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA448626Q0013 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for Grounds Maintenance Services, for the 65th Air Base Group, Terceira, Azores, Portugal. This acquisition is not a set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Proposal Due Date: Monday, 26 October 2026, at 14:00 Azores Time (AZOT / UTC-01:00) (which is 15:00 WET / Lisbon Time). Amendment 0001: This amendment modifies the solicitation to update Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) descriptions for the base and all option periods to align with the revised Price Schedule. Additionally, the amendment replaces the Price Schedule (Attachment 2) in its entirety and incorporates Questions and Answers (Attachment 3) to address industry inquiries. Offerors must use the newly provided Attachment 2 when submitting their proposals.
