Yavapai County Sheriff's Office Inmate Food Service

This agreement shall facilitate the food service to the inmate population and staff of the Yavapai County Jail district by and through Yavapai County Sheriff's Office - Headquarters Building, Detention Services Division , in both facilities (Camp Verde and Prescott) and the collocated mental health facility in Prescott. The awarded Food Service Management Company (FSMC) shall supply on-site staff to perform all aspects of food service operations, to include, but not limited to, supply ordering, inventory management, menu development, meal preparation, kitchen equipment maintenance and procurement, and food service-related grievances as assigned by the Detention Services Division.
