Terminal 3 North 2 Concourse Retail Concessions

The City of Phoenix (City) Aviation Department (Aviation) is seeking responses from qualified Respondents to operate and manage Retail concession spaces in the Terminal 3 North 2 Concourse (T3N2) at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (Airport or PHX). The available Retail concession spaces are: Package 1 : News, Gift, and Convenience Store – 3,202 square feet in N2-R1 Package 2 : Specialty Retail Boutique-Style Store – 1,198 square feet in N2-R2 The Successful Respondents will enter into a Concession Lease Agreement (Lease) with the City. Copies of the draft Leases are attached as Attachment A (Package 1) and Attachment B (Package 2). The Premises, identified in Attachment C (Package 1) and Attachment D (Package 2), will be developed, operated, and managed by the Successful Respondents.
