The City of Flagstaff, AZ is requesting informal Proposals for Project Title . CITY NEEDS: The City of Flagstaff seeks proposals for large-scale, three-dimensional (3D) sculptures for a temporary outdoor exhibition, May 18, 2027 through March 15, 2028 , at the Elizabeth “Liz” C. Archuleta County Park. Sculptures may be existing or newly created artworks. Ownership is retained by the artist. FUNDING: The exhibition is funded by the Arts & Sciences Allocation of the Bed, Board & Beverage tax revenues for an Indigenous Representation project. PRE-APPLICATION MEETING DATE & TIME : Thursday, July 9, 2026 , Noon-1:30 pm (Arizona Time) Proposals are to be submitted on or before Response Submission Date at Response Submission Time via the City's eProcurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/flagstaffaz . Late Proposals will not be accepted.
