RFP for Temporary Staffing Vendors

The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposals will be to establish Contracts with one or more qualified Firm(s) to provide a variety of Temporary Personnel Services to the City of Flagstaff for an initial one (1) year contract period, with the option to extend for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods. Hourly rates quoted shall remain for one (1) year from award date, and thereafter may be adjusted for any contract renewal period as mutually agreed upon by the parties. Hourly rates quoted shall be binding for any personnel supplied by Firm to City for the period of engagement, even if such engagement extends into a new renewal period. Awardee(s) will comply with all State, Federal, and local laws (including the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and Civil Rights Act of 1991, Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act) as to treatment and compensation of its employees. Consideration of award shall be based on the hourly rates for all requested positions, a maximum response time of one hour, quality of testing and training, benefits for agency provides to temporary employees: Medical/Dental Insurance which meets Affordable Care Act requirements, Sick Leave, Holiday, Vacation and Direct Deposit, and compliance with the requirements set forth in the Request for Proposals.
