The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish the requirements for providing personal retirement financial advisory and related planning services to District employees. The selected firm shall provide accessible, objective, and comprehensive retirement planning resources designed to assist employees in developing a retirement strategy. The firm's approach should include: understanding the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS) pension benefits, evaluating financial readiness for retirement, and assisting employees in making informed financial recommendations. It is the intent of Gilbert Public Schools to establish Retirement Financial Advisory Services under a zero direct employer cost structure.
