Residential Modular Manufactured Housing Units

School District Name is seeking qualified manufactures to provide Project Title . This solicitation is issued with School District Name acting as the lead agency for the cooperative SAVE . Multiple school districts have need of manufactured housing units across the state. The resulting contract will be made available for all members of SAVE , with no implied or guaranteed volume. Many SAVE members are looking for the economy of a 1-bedroom/1-bath unit. Others are look for 2-bedroom configurations, and some need family size units of 3-bedroom or even 4-bedrooms. Many of districts will take them from off-load placement and complete the installation with local contractors. For others, they will include the installation costs in their purchase orders. Delivery timeline is no more than six (6) weeks. Pricing will based on the list pricing minus a discount. In Arizona, cost plus contracts are not legal.
