NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Project Title Project ID The City of Kingman, Arizona ("City) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified master developers to (i) construct a traffic interchange on Interstate Highway 40 ("I-40") at its point of intersection with the Kingman Crossing Boulevard alignment; (ii) complete the design and construct Kingman Crossing Boulevard; and (iii) develop the adjacent City-owned property on the south side of I-40 at its intersection with the Kingman Crossing Boulevard alignment, consisting of approximately 128 acres with retail, commercial and other complimentary uses.
