Description

Yavapai County is seeking multiple contractors for property abatement, demolition, cleanup, and removal of items as on-call services. Contractors will provide all labor, materials, management, supervision, services, and coordination required to perform a variety of demolition, well closure and site cleanup services including but not limited to: removal of structures, foundations, patios, sidewalks, fences, walls, asphalt paving, removal and/or filling of pools, septic tanks, basements, etc., capping of utilities at property lines, removal of debris (such as shrubs, limbs, trees, trash, scrap iron, etc.), removal of abandoned homeless camp trash and associated debris, removal of underground storage tanks, the removal of asbestos containing materials. This may include but is not limited to the cleanup and removal of all rubbish, trash, weeds, and debris on the property. This may also include demolition of all structures including homes. Cleanup and removal must include all trash, lumber, unattached home appliances and spare parts. Remove any and all storage sheds, household items, furniture, wooden pallets, trailers, disconnected water heaters and all the items on the property. If requested, all vehicles including but not limited to cars, trucks, forklifts, tractors, golf carts, boats, recreational vehicles, campers, and trailers, running or not, are to be removed and hauled away off property to a location determined by the Yavapai County Development Services Director. Work will be authorized on an as-needed basis. There is no minimum guarantee of work during the term of the master agreement. The County is currently requesting funds from Board of Supervisors for an estimate of $30,000 to $100,000.00 per fiscal year (July 1 – June 30).
