Postage Meter Leasing

School District Name is seeking qualified firms to provide Project Title . We will currently need one postage meter machine that can handle between 6000-7000 pieces annually. We typically process 20-30 pieces per day and have two bulk mailings a year where we process 500-600 pieces in a week. The intial term of 60 months with the option for an annual renewal to be exercised at the School Districts discretion. We are looking to have this machine installed in late November 2026.
