Portable Latrines, HW Stations, and Dumpsters Services in Southern Arizona

Please read carefully the Performance Work Statement and the Instructions to Offeror. Questions are due Monday June 29th, 2026 at 3:00 PM PDT. Please e-mail questions according to the instructions in the Instructions to Offeror document. Please send them at soonest time available which will enable our team to answer them in a timely fashion. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Portable Latrines, Handwashing Stations, and Roll-Off Dumpster Services as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property (GFP) and government furnished services (GFS). The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. It is also important to note that dumpster services will include hauling
