The 161st Air Refueling Wing Contracting Office, Phoenix, AZ intends to award a single source contract to elta Scientific Corporation Final Denial Barrier upgrade, due to proprietary specialized equipment already in place. Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing information describing their ability to provide the product listed above. A determination by the Government to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
