HVAC Maintenance, Repair, and Replacement Services

The Town of Florence (“Town”) is requesting proposals from qualified Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) contractors to provide labor, materials, transportation, quality control, and management for maintenance, repair and replacement services for HVAC systems at various Town-owned facilities. Services will be performed on an as-needed basis and may include troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of system components. Preventative maintenance is not included under this solicitation.
