Procurement of Six (6) Package 3-Ton HVAC Unit Lifecycle Replacements. The primary objective is for HVAC lifecycle replacement (LCR) to support JITC Fort Huachuca (FHU) in carrying out the unique test and evaluation (T&E) roles and responsibilities for which it is assigned within the Department of Defense (DoD).
