High Performance Fireworks Entertainment

The City of Prescott, Arizona is soliciting proposals from qualified, experienced, and properly licensed fireworks production companies to provide a professional, high-quality pyrotechnics display for the City's 4th of July Freedom Fest, Sunday, July 4, 2027 at Pioneer Park. The City is also seeking proposals that include an optional 10–12 minute synchronized drone light show that may be selected as an add-on to the fireworks production. The successful proposer will be responsible for the complete planning, permitting, production, staffing, safety, execution, and cleanup associated with the fireworks display and, if selected, the drone light show. The City is seeking a production that provides a memorable, professionally choreographed experience appropriate for a major community celebration, while maintaining the highest standards of public safety and regulatory compliance.
