Description
The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers from qualified consultants to provide professional services supporting the review, update, standardization, organization, storage strategy, testing, exercising, and ongoing maintenance of its emergency planning portfolio. The portfolio includes, but is not limited to, the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP), Emergency Response Plans (ERP), Emergency Action Plans (EAP), Business Continuity Plan (BCP), associated annexes, playbooks, quick-reference guides, and any additional Water Services emergency plans or supporting documents identified during the course of the project. All plans must be reviewed and updated to ensure full compliance with applicable Local, State and Federal regulations. This Agreement will be upon final signature and recording by the City Clerk’s department. The Commencement Date of this Agreement will be upon November 1st, 2026 which is on or after the ordinance approved start date or the contract term start date that the Phoenix City Council approves or the Effective Date, whichever is later. The term of this Agreement will be for 5 years, beginning on the Commencement Date, with no options to extend. This solicitation is available through the City’s Procurement Portal.
