Concrete Materials and Delivery

The City of Avondale invites Quotes for the supply and delivery of Concrete Materials in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained in this Request for Quotations ("RFQ") on an as-needed basis (the “Material”) for a period of 1 (one) year with and option for 2 (two) additional one year terms, with all quoted prices remaining firm during the initial term of the contract.
